The Library exists to service the information needs of its members and the New Zealand construction industry. It is the only dedicated source of cement and concrete information in New Zealand.
Specialised Cement and Concrete Database
Since 1987 relevant published information received by the Association has been indexed on our Library's computer database. This information forms the basis of our Library online.
Lending Policy - Members
The Library is for all CCANZ members and the New Zealand construction industry. CCANZ membership benefits include: preferential access to the Library service (includes extensive literature searches, contents pages etc); postal loans of Library materials including standards; free interloans from other New Zealand Libraries; and photocopying (in line with the Copyright Act of 1994 and amendments).
Lending Policy - Non-members
The Library will provide service to non-members requiring information on cement, concrete and construction issues, and are willing to answer simple reference enquiries (and photocopy articles in line with the Copyright Act of 1994 and amendments). However, we encourage non-members to interloan our resources through their own Libraries. Non-members will also be able to search the Library catalogue online, but will not be able to borrow items.

We offer you easy access to current information through 'screed', our free online bimonthly publication which indexes and summarises the journals and publications received by our Library.
